Access Control technology is increasingly used around the world as a security measure in institutions.
Biometrics are a fundamental part of an Access Control system, since they represent the direct interface with the user, when receiving information from him/her to assess whether or not the individual has access to the site.
There are biometrics of many types such as fingerprint, hand, iris, vein, voice readers that are accompanied by keypads or keyboards, or proximity cards for more robust solutions. In this way it can be implemented that an individual's access through a door requires a combination of fingerprint (biometric), pin (keyboard), and card. The combination of only 2 of them is feasible, or you can even select that the access is with only one of the 3 options.
