In December 2023, Grupo Covix installed the first Monitoring Center with Black Diamond LED screens in Latin America .
And what is Black Diamond ? It is a revolution in LED packaging and manufacturing. Some of its main advantages are: greater contrast, greater brightness, uniformity of colors, blacks and gray scales, lower energy consumption, 20000:1 contrast, and above all, better cost-benefit.
In 2017, Grupo Covix installed the first LED video wall in Mexico for Telmex NOC. Thanks to its high performance, we confirmed that this technology is ideal for Monitoring Centers.
LED screens for monitoring centers
In the Monitoring Centers, 911 Centers, C5s, C4s and Control Rooms that we have installed in recent years, we have seen an increasing need and demand to view everything in great detail, whether it be CCTV, videos, photographs, texts, etc.
Having display equipment with high-performance features , continuous operation, energy efficiency, borderless, with a wide color gamut, precise grayscale, front or rear access for maintenance, customization and scalability is no longer a luxury and has become a necessity for all Monitoring Centers .
It is important to mention that currently, LED screens for Control Rooms go beyond the previously mentioned characteristics, it is important to know the different sizes that exist, these range from Pitch 1.56mm, Pitch 1.25mm, Pitch 0.93mm to the ultra-fine pitch of 0.78mm, as well as the life time that can reach 100,000hrs.
