Covix Group has an installed base with more than 150 Control Rooms, as well as hundreds of Boardrooms, all of these equipped with high-end technology. Providing service and maintenance to these facilities requires a specialized staff, who is always alert for any kind of emergency situation. To appropriately coordinate these services, our Operations Management has three levels:

• Facilities Coordination
• Services Coordination
• Systems and Programming

Over half of our staff consists of technicians trained in their specialty. As a result, we guarantee the level of service that our main customers require on a daily basis.
