The Council Rooms are designed and created for the exclusive use of Executives, CEOs, VPs, etc., that is why this type of Rooms must have a Design, Furniture and equipment of the latest technology. 

Generally speaking, a Board Room is of considerable size; it is not a small room, but a room with more than 12 participants and can hold up to 30 or more people sitting in it. They are characterized by having a table in the shape of a horseshoe or oval. This design allows you to place the center of the table screens or decoration, because due to the size, the table will leave a space in the center. As the tables are of considerable size, it is very common to use microphones so that all attendees can hear well what the board members want to say. Usually gooseneck, wired or wireless microphones are used, although ceiling microphones are also used to provide a cleaner table. There are gooseneck microphones that contain a voting system in their base and can be operated through a small LCD display that will send results to a software so that they can be processed. 

The main elements that make up this type of room are: screens, touch screens, tablets, section systems, speakers, microphones, automation and collaboration, electronic or intelligent glass, etc.
