#OperativoTormenta is monitored at C5 in CDMX

The Head of Government of Mexico City, Miguel Ángel Mancera, supervises the #OperativoTormenta in the

Command, Control , Computing , Communications and Citizen Contact Center (C5) which works 24/7 under strict rules and procedures that lead them to reduce their emergency response times to a minimum.

To achieve this, CDMX has high-specification equipment,
both audiovisual and Physical Security , supported by a specialized technical team always ready to provide the maintenance required.

#OperativoTormenta , coordinates the inter-institutional activity between the CDMX Water System, the H. Fire Department, the Urban Management Agency

and the capital's Departments of Social Development and Health, and as every year, they urge us not to throw garbage or rubble in streets and drains, since these actions contribute to maximizing the effect of rain and flooding in Mexico City.

It is important to remember that in case of any emergency we should call #911 where they can help us during any contingency.
